The village of Weaverthorpe is set in attractive Wolds countryside, within an Area of High Landscape value, and is the most substantial of the line of villages along the Great Wolds Valley within Ryedale. The village benefits from two public houses and a primary school. Malton is approximately 12 miles to the west and Driffield is some 12 miles south-east. The building plot fronts onto the main village street towards the the eastern edge of the village, and is identified by our 'For Sale' board.
Reserved matters consent was granted on 4th April 2016, further to outline approval 12/01230/OUT (as amended by 15/01457/AMEND) for the 'erection of a three bedroom dwelling with detached garage and formation of vehicular access'.
The approved plans are for a two-storey detached house, with pantile roof over part brick/part rendered walls providing for a practical layout and the gross external area amounts to approximately 144sq.m. The plot backs onto open farmland and sits partly behind a block of garages, which do not form part of the property.

Entrance Hall, Lounge, Dining Room, Dining Kitchen, Utility Room, Rear Lobby, Cloakroom, First Floor Landing, Bedroom One, En-Suite Bathroom, Bedroom Two, En-Suite Shower Room, Bedroom Three, Bedroom Four/Study, House Bathroom
