CLARIDGES INFORMATION AND HISTORY
Welcome to Claridges. It’s a real country bookshop. Offering a range of books concentrating on Yorkshire, walking and country sports. Also available are cards, writing sundries, toys and artist materials.
The business started in 1966 as a small newsagent, but quietly introduced many new products over the next 52 years to become a real hub of Yorkshire gifts, books and sundries, which would all make superb Christmas gifts and are all in as new condition, at the time of the shop closure in autumn 2024.
