We follow the guidelines of the RICS Redbook, together with internal compliance procedures. At Cundalls we believe valuing your property accurately and fairly is essential to success. Cundalls valuation services are highly specialist and include probate valuations, valuations for secured lending, matrimonial, mortgage, tax, business rates, compulsory purchase, partnership dissolution, sales and insurance. We can also offer portfolio valuations and valuations for private transfer purposes.

Our residential service provides high quality marketing of all properties. We start the process with a free marketing appraisal and advice on valuation. From here we create bespoke brochures using high quality photography for your property supported with weekly local advertising, and regional and national advertising campaigns (where appropriate). Floor plans, a for sale board, aerial photography, arrangement of EPCs, and smart window displays in all our offices are a given.

We run regular property email bulletins to our extensive database of purchasers and our digital marketing of your property includes featuring on the Cundalls websites but also all major property portals including Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk, Primelocation.co.uk, Propertylive.com.uk, Fish4homes.couk, Vebra.com and Findaproperty.co.uk.

Residential Lettings & Management

Cundalls are Members of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents and manage hundreds of properties throughout North and East Yorkshire from one bedroom flats to large country houses. We understand that to a landlord, the most important aspect is finding a suitable tenant and ensuring the continued repair and maintenance of their properties.
